Open the Google chrome.
Go to the Extensions tab.
Select the Developer Mode.
Unzip the Downloaded Extension file.
Load unpacked Extension from Downloaded file.

Never Except browser's add-on from any Website in EXE Format.
Download only opensource Browser's Add-on.
